
This recipe is an easier way to be able to make sushi with the kids. You can use regular rice or even a combination of rice and quinoa or perhaps even cauliflower rice. The topping combinations are endless.
This is a fabulous snack or addition to the lunchbox.
What you will need per child:
– 1 nori wrap
– 4tbs of cooked grain (regular rice, sushi rice or rice and quinoa)
– 2-3 tbs of protein (shredded chicken, tuna, tofu even)
– A few slices of veg of some sort
– Sauces to your hearts content
