Raspberry or Beetroot dip

Dipping is such a fun and simple way to get children to try different flavours as well as eat a wide range of freshly cut fruits or vegetables as dippers.

This video shows two different options of tooty fruity pink dips which you could whip up for morning or afternoon tea be that at home or at school.

All you need per child for the raspberry dip is:

2 tbs of yoghurt (can easily be dairy free with coconut yoghurt)
1-2 tbs of crushed or pureed raspberries
A choice of fruits or veggies to chop up to dip.

All you need per child for the beetroot dip is:

2 tbs of yoghurt (a greek yoghurt is best.)
1-2 tbs of pureed or grated beetroot
A choice of veggies to chop up to dip.
