Puffed Rice Bars

Many parents probably don’t let their kids eat the supermarket variety of rice bars. But these. Oh these are delicious and not half bad nutritionally.
This cooking class looks at many food groups and foods. Puffed rice versus regular rice, sesame seeds and tahini, coconut and honey. Yum!
This recipe is simple and short enough to cook with children as young as 2 and a half.
