Creamy Mushroom Zoodles

This vegetarian, gluten free meal idea is a great way to include more vegetables in a child’s day. Zoodles are fun to make and delicious as well.

If you were to zoodle the zucchini before the class, 3 year old’s could make this recipe. If zoodling was involved, then perhaps this is more for 6 year olds to handle the technique.
