I am a late bloomer to the roasting game.

But seriously, I am so happy I have hopped on board because it is sleazy easy roasting.

And the best bit is, it is like 5 minutes active time. Cook time doesn’t count in my world.

Here is a little video on my phone on how I roast a chook at my place.

This chook took 1 hour and 15 minutes in the end and then I let it settle on the table covered with alfoil and pop the potatoes and co. back into the oven for 15 more minutes.

Delicious.

This chook was also turned into chicken noodle soup.
