Exploring Food Together
We are passionate about nurturing the relationship children have with food.
We believe that the exposure and exploration of food, in both mealtime and non-mealtime settings, supports this relationship in a positive way.
And so, we create activities, resources and programs to support children’s exploration of food, at home and school.
We regular post articles for families and educators . Recipes, interviews, stories, gardening and cooking. Informative and investigative posts.
We run weekly programs at our children's community garden, The Golden Grove. This is for children aged 0-12 years. We are located on the Central Coast, NSW.

We create education resources to support children learning to love food. Using story, cooking, gardening, song and STEAM. Video, audio and printables.
Designed for all children, families and educators, to nurture a positive relationship with food and nature.
Our little shop
Everyone loves stories! And we use those to start a conversation with children about food and nature.
